About Rogier​

Rogier Besemer is a leading cyber-resilience professional with more than 20 years of experience. He is currently a CISO at a leading legal organization in the Netherlands. Before that, Rogier was instrumental in the founding of the renowned TIBER program, which characteristics are now captured in the DORA legislation.
